Workshop Fees We work with organizations to deliver a customized version of The Leadership Challenge® Workshop, delivered in-house. This seminar is ideal for mid- to upper-level functional-area managers or high-potential managers in any industry. Leaders in growing small- to medium-size organizations will also benefit. When it comes to an in-house training, nearly all work is covered under a fixed project fee or on a retained services basis. The fees are clearly outlined in a detailed proposal, enabling you to know exactly what you will be charged in advance of being charged for it. Nearly 80% of project engagements are undertaken by one to three exceptionally skilled trainers/coaches. You will not be assigned excessive trainers and you will never be charged extra for what one trainer/coach should know and be skilled enough to do. In other words, we do not waste our clients’ money.
